The Ekselans Yogurt Process Tank is designed for the pasteurization, cooling to fermentation temperature, and incubation of milk in the production of yogurt, ayran, and kefir—all managed in a single unit. This versatile system ensures high-quality fermentation while maintaining product consistency.

For high solids and viscous products like yogurt, preventing burning/fouling on the heating surfaces is critical. Therefore, the tank is equipped with a Teflon Scraper Mixer, which continuously cleans the inner wall during heating. Its triple-jacketed design allows steam/hot water for heating and chilled/water supply for cooling to circulate through the same jacket. PLC automation controls heating and cooling recipes automatically for precise process management.
