MILK TRANSPORT TANK
Ekselans truck-mounted milk transport tanks are designed to ensure the safe transportation of milk from the farm to the processing plant. They are manufactured with a robust chassis structure resistant to harsh road conditions and superior insulation properties. Designed in dimensions fully compatible with your vehicle based on customer requirements, our tanks prevent milk from being affected by temperature fluctuations during transport.
Thanks to the integrated CIP line and spray balls used in our tanks, post-discharge cleaning is carried out quickly and effectively. Depending on operational needs, the tanks can be manufactured in single- or multi-compartment configurations.

Material: Food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 (optional AISI 316).
Tank Structure: 2.5–3 mm inner shell thickness, designed for pressure resistance.
Insulation: 50 mm thick, freon-free polyurethane foam.
Equipment: Walkway platform, manhole cover, butterfly valve outlets, CIP line.
