The Ekselans Hot Water Stretching Machine kneads curd by cooking it in hot water, providing the ideal stretchability and elasticity required for the production of fresh kashar, mozzarella, and braided cheeses.
Thanks to its PLC-controlled system, water temperature is maintained at a constant level, ensuring consistent product quality. The specially designed screw system delivers excellent fiber formation and uniform dough structure.
