The Ekselans Milk Cooking Tank is designed as the first step of food safety in the production of dairy products such as cheese, yogurt, and butter, where milk is heated to a specific temperature to eliminate harmful microorganisms through pasteurization or cooking.

Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel, our tanks feature a special triple-wall body structure that distributes heat evenly throughout the milk. This design prevents scorching at the bottom of the tank while preserving nutritional values. In line with your facility’s infrastructure, the tanks can be produced with either steam or electric heating options.
