STEAM COOKER
The Ekselans Steam Cooker is designed for industrial production of kashar, processed cheese, and analog cheese, cooking the product either by direct steam injection or indirect jacket heating.
Thanks to its independently driven, counter-rotating screw systems, the cheese mass is kneaded and cooked uniformly to achieve optimal texture. Through the PLC control system, recipes can be created and mixing speeds and steam injection times can be fully automated.
