MOZZARELLA CHEESE MOULDING MACHINE
The Ekselans Mozzarella & Bocconcini Cheese Machine is designed to give hot cheese mass—after cooking and kneading—the desired weight and shape with high precision. It is widely used for producing ball (bocconcini), stick, pearl, and braided mozzarella varieties.
Hot cheese dough fed into the hopper is conveyed to the moulding unit by Teflon-coated screw conveyors. During this process, the double-jacketed body with hot water circulation maintains the cheese temperature and elasticity. Thanks to interchangeable drum moulds installed at the outlet, products ranging from 5 g to 1,000 g (ball, sausage, pearl, etc.) are produced continuously and discharged directly into the cooling bath.
