Used in Kashar, Mozzarella, and similar pasta filata cheese production lines to transfer the hot cheese curd exiting the stretching (kneading) machine to the Kashar Weighing Machine.

The most critical point in this process is preventing the cheese from cooling during transfer. Thanks to its double-jacketed body, the Ekselans Kashar Transfer Machine maintains product temperature and elasticity by steam heating throughout the transfer process. The augers inside the hopper convey the cheese mass upward to the inlet hopper of the weighing unit without compressing the curd or damaging its fibrous structure. With its speed control system, the machine operates synchronously according to the production line capacity.
