KASHAR PORTIONING MACHINE (Cheese Moulding Machine)
The Ekselans Kashar Portioning Machine is designed to portion hot kashar cheese mass coming from wet or dry cooking machines into precise, uniform weights without damaging its fibrous structure.
Teflon-coated screw conveyors inside the hopper, combined with a jacketed heated body, maintain product temperature and ensure smooth, continuous flow. Thanks to the automatic weighing unit and cutting knife system, each mould is produced at a consistent and accurate weight, delivering high product standardization and line efficiency.
