CURD TRANSFER CONVEYOR
The Ekselans Curd Transfer Conveyor is designed to hygienically transfer curd or curd cheese that has passed through the draining process to cooking (kneading) machines at a higher elevation in cheese production lines—without manual handling. It is a critical component in maintaining an uninterrupted hygiene chain.
The model shown features a screw (auger) conveying system that transports the product upward within a closed housing, preventing spillage and contact with the external environment. The specially designed cylindrical feed hopper ensures controlled feeding of the curd into the screw, eliminating blockages. By eliminating manual handling, it reduces labor costs and increases production efficiency.
