CREAM PASTEURIZATION TANK (Batch Type)
Designed for batch pasteurization of cream separated from milk or raw material used in butter production, the Ekselans Cream Pasteurization Tank ensures gentle heat treatment without scorching or nutrient loss.
Due to cream’s higher viscosity and adhesive nature compared to milk, these tanks are equipped with a special Teflon scraper agitator. This system continuously scrapes the heating surfaces, preventing film formation and burning. The triple-jacketed body design ensures that steam or hot water in the heating jacket does not come into direct contact with the product, allowing precise and homogeneous heating.
After pasteurization, cold water can be circulated through the same jacket for rapid cooling and cream maturation.
