Ekselans Separators are designed to separate milk fat (cream) and physically clarify milk by removing impurities such as somatic cells, dust, and sediment, operating with high-speed centrifugal technology.
They enable precise standardization of milk fat content, ensuring consistent product quality at all times. With automatic, partial, or full discharge options, the system performs sludge removal independently without interrupting production.
