CIP UNIT (Automatic Cleaning System)
Ensuring hygiene in dairy operations, Ekselans CIP (Clean-In-Place) Units automatically clean production lines, pipelines, and tanks without disassembly. Compared to manual cleaning, they are more efficient, faster, and cost-effective.
The modular system, consisting of Acid, Caustic, and Water tanks, is managed via a PLC touch screen. Temperature, duration, flow, and chemical concentration are automatically controlled, eliminating human error and direct chemical contact.
