CHEESE COAGULATION VAT
Ekselans Cheese Vats are used to coagulate pasteurized milk into curd and are essential equipment for white cheese and curd cheese production. Their rectangular prismatic design and 2.5 mm body thickness ensure durable, long-term operation.
Thanks to the integrated draining screens and pressing plates (press weights), the separation of whey from the curd and the formation of cheese blocks can be carried out efficiently within the same vat.
