BUTTER FORMING & PORTIONING MACHINE
The Ekselans Butter Forming and Portioning Machine is designed to portion butter produced in the churn into standardized weights (e.g., 200 g, 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg) and shapes (commonly cylindrical blocks) before packaging and sale.
Butter is fed into the machine’s hopper, where auger/helical conveyors compress and transfer it to the forming head. Air pockets are removed to produce a smooth, uniform block, which is then cut precisely by the outlet’s accurate cutting system, eliminating manual portioning errors and hygiene risks. This solution is ideal for small and medium-scale operations, increasing production speed and consistency.
