BUTTER CHURN (Open Type & Closed Type)

Ekselans Butter Churns are designed to convert milk cream into butter through controlled churning and are manufactured in Open Type or Closed (Horizontal Cylindrical) Type configurations according to plant capacity and hygiene requirements.

The closed-type butter churn ensures fully hygienic production by eliminating contact with the external environment. Its specially designed internal paddles maximize the separation of butter and buttermilk (babeurre), increasing yield and process efficiency. Open-type models, on the other hand, allow visual monitoring of the churning process and are preferred for traditional or small-scale applications.
