BRINE PREPARATION TANK
The Ekselans Brine Preparation Tank is designed for salting processes required in the production of white cheese, kashar, halloumi, and braided cheese. It ensures complete dissolution of salt in water and pasteurization of the brine to eliminate bacteria.
To withstand the high corrosion risk caused by saline solutions, these tanks are manufactured as standard from AISI 316 (L) grade stainless steel. A powerful agitator dissolves the salt uniformly without sedimentation. The prepared brine is filtered, cleaned, and transferred clearly to production lines or brining pools through an integrated filter and circulation pump.
